- Being a C newbie, but also wanting to learn, I'm wondering if there's
- a way to convert an executable file back into the source code. I went
- into my UNIX system and wandered through unitl I found some simple
- programs - things like "whoami" and "finger" - but now I'd like to
- see how these were put together. Is there a reliable, easy way to get
- the code without having to ask my SysAdmin? Does UNIX also come with a
- "de-piler"?
- Here's what we're running:
-
- DEC OSF/1 V3.0 Worksystem Software (Rev. 347)

- Thanks for any help,
